Albacore LLC ("Albacore", "we", "us", or "our"), a Washington limited liability company, operates as an embedded engineering service provider. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information collected through our public website (albacore.dev) and our direct corporate communication channels.

Because we do not offer hosted software platforms or consumer-facing services, our data collection is limited strictly to business operational metadata:

• Inbound Communications: Name, corporate email address, and message contents provided when reaching out to our partner or security channels.
• Website Analytics: Standard, privacy-respecting server logs and technical metadata (such as browser type and IP addresses) to ensure availability and performance. We do not track individuals across the web.

2. Client Data Isolation

Albacore engineers work primarily within our clients' own infrastructure, cloud environments, and code repositories. Source code may be cloned to Albacore's encrypted, managed workstations during an engagement and is removed afterward. We do not ingest, store, replicate, or control client production or consumer data on infrastructure owned or operated by Albacore.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell, trade, or monetize commercial communication data. We retain inbound business inquiry information only as long as necessary to facilitate partner relations or fulfill regulatory corporate compliance.
